To send this enquiry, OrStudio uses Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) in the United States. Your name, email, company if provided, message and record of this authorisation are processed and stored there to deliver the enquiry to our Hostinger mailbox. Resend uses infrastructure, delivery and security subprocessors. The United States has no general ANPD adequacy decision; European safeguards alone do not equal Brazilian safeguards.

Resend retains emails and logs for 30 days on Free, backups for 7 days and remaining data for up to 90 days after termination. The mailbox copy and evidence follow our no-contract enquiry rule: planned maximum 90 days after the last relevant interaction, with monthly cleanup from 55 days inactive, unless a documented legitimate reason applies.
